Important Information

  • The Tea House can be offered “as is,” but we are happy to accommodate adjustments during your reservation—as long as the space is returned to its original condition by the end of your booking. Please be sure to include and allot adequate time for the setup, event, and cleanup when planning your reservation window.

  • Our team is available to assist with removing merchandise and furniture from The Tea House if necessary. However, the Experience Manager is responsible for setting up and breaking down all event-related furniture, decorations, and supplies. Events often require anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes for both setup and cleanup. 

  • Outside food and beverages are only permitted with prior venue approval.

  • All guests must be at least 18 years or older to attend.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable, if your event is postponed or canceled, the full value of the deposit can be applied toward a future booking or store credit.

  • The remaining balance for your reservation is due at the start of your event.

  • A fully refundable damage deposit may be required.

  • Two (2) hour minimum for most event reservations. This minimum does not apply to photoshoots. If extra time is required, please coordinate those details with the Experience Manager.

  • All pricing is subject to New Jersey’s 6.625% sales tax.
