Brakes & Briskets was born out of a passion of cooking for family and fellow car enthusiasts. Small backyard gatherings grew into monthly local “Meat Meets” among car clubs for those with a mutual passion for cars and BBQ. The brisket that started it all began with a simple seasoning before it’s slowly smoked for hours till tender.

Brakes & Briskets utilizes a traditional stick-burning, offset smoker with a special blend of rubs and seasoned wood to produce a unique flavor and texture that is unmatched by others. Our low and slow method ensures an irresistible bark and undeniable smoke ring. We dare you to find BBQ that looks AND tastes as good as ours!
